May be the face on your photo can't be recognized. The reccomendation is: "Effects marked with use face detection technology. For the face to be detected properly, use good quality photos en face."
If you can't have results for any picture, please, send us some examples on customercare@vicman.net

Why I cannot load a photo from a computer? The reference to loading is not active..

Look a picture. I do not have button " To load from a computer ". Only "Enter URL".

ferity, for example for the Funny Photo! service you can load your picture by clicking "Browse" button:

With other services the action is the same.

Ferity, it seems like your Flash Player is blocked. Please, reinstall the last version from here - handle_url_tag('http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP')
And unblock player in your browser. In Mozilla Firefox it is in Settings->Applications menu tab.

Hola, hace días que intento maquillar mis imágines y se queda congelada la imagen... que puedo hacer? Ojala y tenga solución porque esta página es increíble.

How can I take the photo out of your sight and un-share my photo.
You do not have a delete photo button and you do not have a un-share button.

Are you talking about your photos in the panel? Or aboutthe photos on the right side of the page?
The photos on the top of the page are your local photos, nobody else see them. The photos on the right are shared only with your permission (whan you're clicking "Share it" button).

Yes, this is one way to delete these photos from the panel - deleting Pho.to cookies in the Preferences of your browser.

I have Firefox but in Internet Explorer is the same.
