Topic: Isn't there a way to block pictures of naked people?

Surely there must be a way to block pictures of naked people...no joke.  Some people may think it's funny to upload such pics but I don't... I frequently have my grandkids over and they don't need to see that!

Why can't you add a button to report inappropriate pictures?  This should be a family-friendly place!
