It is impossible using standard program means.
You can edit source files (to get them save the album without uploading at Pho.to) as you like.

Watermark can be remover from it if you are a registered user.
Just check this checkbox - handle_img_tag('http://pho.to/shared-images/9/954AE4ED-13BB-4D54-9D2D-5477BACE378D.jpg', false)
As for By the Fireplace template, it was made in collaboration with photoshablon.ru website, so we can't remove watermark without their permission.

No, your picture is visible only for you. Nobody else see it. You can ask your friends. Each user has his induvidual set of saved photos.

If you created your 3D album online, you can't download it on your computer. Use the handle_url_tag('http://pho.to/album3d/download.php') software for this purpose.
