Hi jerstr! Please explain your problem in more detail: what service or program do you use to create a 3D album; what URL do you click, etc.

If possible, attach a screenshot

When I click on the URL the site opens full screen but only the top left portion of the screen has a picture of the top left portion of my video.  There is a rectangle outlined in black and 3D photo is on top in big letters.  How can I recover the rest of my picture?
