At first the specific install software should be reinstall.

We are very surprized with this bug and can't find the reason yet. Please, try to reinstall the software by uninstalling and installing it again. We will try to fix this bug too.

Hello,
I am a new user and everything looks fine. I uploaded an album, but wehn I try te see it, only the shockwave will load, then just 5 seconds the screen loads wher the album suposed to be, nut then my IE crashes and the loading stops. Everything on my compter is working fine, I can see other wbalbums, but nit my own.
How can I solve this, whats wrong?
Sorry for the bad English, I am a Dutch user 
Please can you help me out? I want to show this fantastic album to my colleques:D
